Danielle was an excellent coach! She allowed you to run your pace but at the same time, from time to time she ran in front for you to keep up and push a little beyond your comfort zone. But not too pushy.
If she saw where you need some pointers she casually addressed it. When a gap formed, she simply widened her path while I kept a straighter one. So the pace stayed the same and at the same time you didn’t feel left behind or feel like you were slowing her down. Very professional. While it was challenging, it had encouraging moments as well.
